La pi\u00f1a quema las grasas<\/h2><\/div><p>La pi\u00f1a suele asociarse a una milagrosa acci\u00f3n quema grasas. Pero no hay nada cient\u00edfico en esta creencia. Probablemente el falso mito proviene de la presencia de la <strong>bromelina<\/strong>, una enzima que facilita la digesti\u00f3n de ciertos nutrientes, entre ellos las prote\u00ednas, y que tiene un efecto positivo sobre el sistema linf\u00e1tico, ejerciendo una acci\u00f3n drenante.<\/p><p>El falso mito de que la pi\u00f1a quema grasas nos permite, en realidad, hablar de otro mito alimentario. A menudo, pensando que se est\u00e1 haciendo una elecci\u00f3n saludable, se comete el error de consumir fruta en exceso y en sustituci\u00f3n de las comidas, muchas veces en forma de <strong>extractos llamados \u201cadelgazantes\u201d,<\/strong> en los que adem\u00e1s se elimina la fibra. Para entendernos, una comida compuesta \u00fanicamente por un plato de pasta puede facilitar el aumento de peso porque estimula la secreci\u00f3n de insulina, provocando no solo un pico inflamatorio por az\u00facares (que facilita el dep\u00f3sito de esta energ\u00eda en forma de grasas), sino tambi\u00e9n una posterior ca\u00edda gluc\u00e9mica que genera cansancio y hambre.<\/p>\n\n<p>Al contrario, las prote\u00ednas, las grasas y las fibras de otros nutrientes ralentizan su absorci\u00f3n, haciendo que la energ\u00eda de ese carbohidrato se utilice de manera constante y gradual entre las comidas.<\/p>\n\n<p>Claro, las dietas bajas en <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geklab.com\/es\/dieta-comparadas\/\">carbohidratos (low-carb)<\/a> parecen funcionar al principio porque provocan una p\u00e9rdida de peso al inicio del proceso. Hacer dietas &#8220;sin gluten&#8221; es bueno<\/h2><\/div>\n\n<p>Desde hace varios a\u00f1os ha explotado la moda de las dietas &#8220;sin gluten&#8221; para adelgazar, incluso en casos donde no existe un diagn\u00f3stico de celiaqu\u00eda (que, recordemos, est\u00e1 presente en Italia en menos del 1% de la poblaci\u00f3n).<\/p>\n\n<p>Este falso mito sobre la alimentaci\u00f3n nace porque, en algunos casos, al consumir gluten se experimentan molestias como <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geklab.com\/es\/barriga-hinchada-adios\/\">hinchaz\u00f3n abdominal<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geklab.com\/sonnolenza-diurna-cause-sintomi-e-soluzioni\/\">cansancio<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n<p>Sin embargo, estos son problemas de tipo inflamatorio: no es el gluten en s\u00ed, sino su consumo excesivo y repetido, t\u00edpico de nuestra dieta, lo que causa problemas.<\/p>\n\n<p>En todos los casos en que no exista celiaqu\u00eda, es necesaria una <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geklab.com\/es\/la-dieta-de-rotacion-como-funciona\/\">dieta de rotaci\u00f3n<\/a> que gestione la ingesta de gluten a lo largo de la semana, sin excluirlo por completo.<\/p>\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, en la mayor\u00eda de los casos, los productos industriales \u201csin gluten\u201d (y no aquellos naturalmente libres, como el arroz integral y la quinoa) son ricos en grasas a\u00f1adidas para mejorar la palatabilidad del producto.<\/p>\n\n<p id=\"fruttosio\">Al tratarse de un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geklab.com\/es\/celiaca-o-inflamacion\/\">problema inflamatorio<\/a>, la soluci\u00f3n es la modulaci\u00f3n de su consumo y nunca la eliminaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block-heading--v2 stk-block stk-df2d54e\" id=\"9-la-fructosa-es-una-opcion-saludable\" data-block-id=\"df2d54e\"><style>.stk-df2d54e{margin-bottom:15px !important}<\/style><h2 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\">9. El az\u00facar de mesa cl\u00e1sico, la sacarosa, est\u00e1 compuesta en un 50% por glucosa y en un 50% por fructosa.<\/p>\n\n<p>A diferencia de la glucosa, se absorbe a nivel hep\u00e1tico y, por lo tanto, tiene una menor acci\u00f3n inmediata sobre la glucemia y la estimulaci\u00f3n de la insulina. Por esta raz\u00f3n, durante a\u00f1os<strong> se ha recomendado en dietas \u201csaludables\u201d<\/strong> y para los m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os, y probablemente por eso es uno de los falsos mitos sobre la alimentaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s consolidados en la percepci\u00f3n popular.<\/p>\n\n<p id=\"xilitolo\">Precisamente esta caracter\u00edstica, es decir, ser metabolizado en el h\u00edgado, lo relaciona en realidad con una de las patolog\u00edas m\u00e1s graves de estos a\u00f1os: la esteatosis hep\u00e1tica (o h\u00edgado graso), cuyas consecuencias pueden ser tambi\u00e9n serias. Claro, la medici\u00f3n cl\u00e1sica de la glucemia en ayunas no refleja su acci\u00f3n, pero la fructosa produce igualmente inflamaci\u00f3n por az\u00facares, actuando sobre el incremento del <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geklab.com\/es\/metilglioxal-un-nuevo-marcador-de-variabilidad-glucemica\/\">metilglioxal<\/a>, un radical libre, extremadamente oxidante, que favorece la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geklab.com\/es\/resistencia-insulina-sintomas-remedios\/\">resistencia a la insulina<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-heading stk-block-heading stk-block-heading--v2 stk-block stk-16245fa\" id=\"10-los-chicles-con-xilitol-son-buenos-para-los-dientes-y-no-tienen-efectos-secundarios\" data-block-id=\"16245fa\"><style>.stk-16245fa{margin-bottom:15px !important}<\/style><h2 class=\"stk-block-heading__text\">10.
