La disminuci\u00f3n de los niveles de estr\u00f3genos contribuye a la <strong>ralentizaci\u00f3n del metabolismo basal<\/strong>, lo que puede llevar a un aumento de peso y a una <strong>redistribuci\u00f3n de la grasa corpora<\/strong>l, con una mayor acumulaci\u00f3n en la regi\u00f3n abdominal. Este cambio en la composici\u00f3n corporal est\u00e1 asociado con un mayor <strong>riesgo de desarrollar<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geklab.com\/es\/resistencia-insulina-sintomas-remedios\/\">resistencia a la insulina<\/a> y<a href=\"https:\/\/www.geklab.com\/es\/diabetes-e-hiperglucemia-una-vision-general\/\"> diabetes tipo 2<\/a>.<\/p><p>Con il passare degli anni, la massa muscolare tende a ridursi mentre aumenta la massa grassa. fundamental para contrarrestar los efectos de la menopausia. Los <strong>ejercicios aer\u00f3bicos<\/strong>, como caminar, correr o nadar, ayudan a mantener el peso corporal, mejorar la salud cardiovascular y reducir el riesgo de diabetes, adem\u00e1s de tener un <strong>efecto notable en el estado de \u00e1nimo<\/strong>. Sin embargo, la eficacia del ejercicio aer\u00f3bico depende de la cantidad de masa muscular presente: si no se recupera una buena parte de la masa muscular perdida, tambi\u00e9n los beneficios del ejercicio aer\u00f3bico ser\u00e1n limitados.
