Idratazione adeguata<\/strong><\/h2><p id=\"3\">Spesso confondiamo la sete con la fame perch\u00e9 nel cervello i centri di regolazione di questi due stimoli sono molto vicini. Bere il giusto quantitativo di acqua non solo aiuta a mantenere l&#8217;equilibrio idrico, ma favorisce anche la diuresi, <strong>aiutando a drenare i liquidi extracellulari in eccesso<\/strong>, nemici della prova costume. Un&#8217;adeguata idratazione riduce la ritenzione idrica e migliora la sensazione di saziet\u00e0, contribuendo al controllo del peso .<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Digiuno breve e saltare la cena<\/strong><\/h2><p>Saltare i pasti \u00e8 generalmente controproducente, perch\u00e9 causa una carenza proteica giornaliera e quindi una propensione alla perdita di massa muscolare, che \u00e8 invece fondamentale per mantenere alto il metabolismo. Saltare colazione o pranzo, concentrando l\u2019assunzione di cibo nel pasto serale, porta inoltre a vari problemi: incremento del colesterolo, glicemia elevata e accumulo di grasso (per non parlare dell\u2019impatto sul sonno e sulla salute del sistema digestivo).<\/p><p id=\"4\"><strong>Saltare la cena 1-2 volte a settimana<\/strong> ha invece effetti positivi sul metabolismo degli zuccheri, sulla riduzione dello stress ossidativo, sulla pressione e sul consumo delle riserve di grasso, in particolare quello addominale. Il grasso addominale, o viscerale, \u00e8 tra i pi\u00f9 ostinati da ridurre e, oltre ad avere un effetto estetico sulla nostra prova costume, \u00e8 anche il pi\u00f9 pericoloso, in quanto correlato alla <strong>sindrome metabolica<\/strong> (una condizione caratterizzata dalla presenza simultanea di almeno tre dei seguenti fattori di rischio: obesit\u00e0 addominale, ipertensione, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geklab.com\/es\/diabetes-e-hiperglucemia-una-vision-general\/\">alti livelli di zucchero nel sangue<\/a>, alti livelli di trigliceridi e bassi livelli di <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geklab.com\/colesterolo-attenzione-agli-zuccheri\">colesterolo HDL<\/a>). Il digiuno intermittente pu\u00f2 dunque contribuire a una composizione corporea pi\u00f9 sana.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Dieta varia per prevenire l&#8217;infiammazione<\/strong><\/h2><p>Una dieta monotona pu\u00f2 portare a <strong>stati infiammatori cronici che ostacolano la perdita di peso <\/strong>e causano <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geklab.com\/resistenza-insulinica-infiammazione-da-zuccheri-e-dimagrimento\/\">resistenza insulinica<\/a>, per via principalmente dell&#8217;aumento di <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geklab.com\/es\/baff-una-molecula-con-muchos-roles-por-que-medirla-y-como-gestionarla\/\">BAFF<\/a>. L&#8217;infiammazione \u00e8 anche correlata alla ritenzione di liquidi, che rappresentano il tentativo dell\u2019organismo di diluire le molecole infiammatorie in eccesso. Variare l&#8217;alimentazione seguendo una <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.geklab.com\/es\/la-dieta-de-rotacion-como-funciona\/\">dieta di rotazione anti-infiammatoria<\/a><\/strong> introduce una gamma pi\u00f9 ampia di nutrienti, riduce l&#8217;infiammazione e favorisce un metabolismo pi\u00f9 efficiente. <\/p><p>Il primo passo per impostare una corretta dieta anti infiammatoria in vista della prova costume \u00e8 misurare il proprio livello di infiammazione, per capire se si stia consumando un eccesso di specifici alimenti: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.geklab.com\/es\/recaller-medical-program\/\"><strong>Recaller Medical Program<\/strong><\/a> valuta sia il quantitativo di IgG alimento specifiche, che i valori infiammatori, tramite i livelli di BAFF e PAF.<\/p><p id=\"5\">A valle del referto, risultati alla mano, sar\u00e0 possibile impostare una dieta di rotazione personalizzata, facendo rientrare l\u2019infiammazione e mantenendo la corretta variet\u00e0 di vegetali, cereali integrali, proteine magre e grassi sani.<\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5.
